** Many on TikTok have inquired about this gown. It’s 2021 Bronx and Banco (I got it off Revolve). And linked it in my LTK, as well as similar options. I ended up repurposing it since it’s an investment piece.

Admittedly, were pretty nervous - we had never done a professional photoshoot like this before. But the photoshoot ended up being an absolute blast because our photographer Asha, was not only a total pro but so much. damn. fun!

I highly recommend interviewing your wedding photographer before you book them. Make sure you vibe with them! The camera will pick it up :) Asha we love you!

What I’ve learned in my 20’s is that life is full of contrast. On the one hand life deals us an unfair hand, leaving us challenged and maybe broken. And on the other, dreams can come true… all at once.

At this point in 2021, my mom’s Parkinson’s disease was rapidly progressing. The disease attacks the brain, and it was starting to impact her ability to communicate and function. This left me feeling really down and out of sorts. Our multiple phone calls a day were no longer. And I now had to plan my wedding without her. A dream we shared since I was a little girl.

I am blessed to have a fiance who whisked me away to my favorite place EVER for some relaxation and joy. California. It’s been my dream location to live since I was 5 years old (due to our yearly visits to family in L.A). Since our wedding photographer is based out of San Diego, we made a mini trip around the photoshoot, visiting friends and exploring SD.
